Secretary Members present: Charlotte Ruoff, Norman
Ruoff, Cheron Tiffany, Cindy Frerking, Norma Elgan, Sandra Hunt
- Blake West, webmaster, was present and made corrections to
the website.
- With changes in membership and the timing of World
Conference, it was noted that the by-laws need to be checked
for:
- who are voting members?
- are donations acceptable?
- can a non-church member be a member of the Community of
Christ Professional Educators organization?
- It was discussed and decided not to put minutes on the
web. But to keep members updated on our activities and to make
them aware that the board does meet, it was decided to add a
web page for “press releases” summarizing our meetings.
- It was discussed whether to put the financial statement on
the website. It was decided not to.
